Frequently Asked Questions
Take a look at our FAQs for answers to some of our most common questions
WHAT IS THE PLANNING MEETING?
Your Planning Meeting is where we go over all your details for your special day. You will be invited to this 6-9 months before your wedding date, and it will last approximately 1-2 hours.
WHAT TIME CAN ME AND MY GUESTS ARRIVE?
The Bridal Dressing Room is available from 8am. Our upstairs lounge can be accessed from 11am. This means the Bridal Party and the Groomsmen both have a more relaxed space to get ready before the Ceremony. They are both in different areas of the Venue so you will be kept apart until you see each other down the aisle.
We recommend advising your guests to arrive 30 minutes before your ceremony time, to allow time to have a drink and take their seats.
Accommodation for all guests Check-In from 2pm.
WHAT TIME CAN MY VENUE DRESSER SET UP FROM?
Your venue dresser, florist, ceremony music, photographer etc are all welcome from 10.30am.
CAN I DROP ITEMS OFF BEFORE?
Yes, you will be given dates a couple of days before your Wedding to leave us things like Name Places, Table Plan, Favours, Welcome Sign, and any other extras that we can set up for you. Unfortunately, you cannot drop larger items such as your dress/Suits and cake.

IS THERE A MUSIC SYSTEM IN THE DINING ROOM?
Yes, we have a sound system with mic in the dining room for the wedding breakfast and speeches.
HOW IS THE MUSIC PLAYED IN THE CEREMONY ROOM?
We always recommend booking live music to play your ceremony music as it really makes a beautiful addition. We do have a Bluetooth speaker option if you want to assign a member of your wedding party to be in control of this. One of our Events Team will have a run through with your dedicated person before the ceremony. For an outside ceremony, the couple will have to bring their own equipment.
